Jason has over 12 years of public practice experience since his start at Cloutier Matthews LLP in 2014. In 2018, he achieved his Chartered Professional Accountant certification and has worked extensively with individuals, owner-managed businesses, and not-for-profit organizations, providing audit, review, tax, and advisory services.
Born and raised in the Comox Valley, Jason now resides in Black Creek with his wife and two boys. He is proud to live and work in the community he has always called home. His favourite part of public practice is building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate complex financial and tax matters with practical, effective solutions.
Outside of the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding at Mount Washington and exploring local trails and mountain peaks throughout the summer.
